We have been doing winter seasonal work as a couple for the last 5 years working for both a well-known tour operator and an independent company as Chalet Chef and Host.

Since our first season we have never looked back and cannot imagine not being out in the mountains, especially Sainte Foy, during the winter months. We love everything about it - the spectacular views, fresh air, snowboarding most days and meeting new people.

We made the decision three seasons ago that we wanted to take the next step and use our previous experience to run our very own catered chalet, hence 'Brilliant White' was born.

Through our experience, we feel that we have learnt exactly what it takes to create the perfect winter holiday for our guests.
